Conflict Coaching
Helping People Have Better Outcomes When the Stakes Are High
You know the conversation you need to have.
You know it's going to be a challenge.
Maybe it's a difference of opinion that has you not talking. A colleague who undermines you. A family member you've been avoiding. A direct report who needs honest feedback. A boundary you've never been able to set.
The stakes feel high because they are. The relationship matters. The outcome matters. And you don't want to make things worse.
That's where I come in.
Based in St. Louis | Serving Clients Nationwide Sessions are available virtually across the United States.
In-person sessions are available in the St. Louis area, with travel available for organizational engagements.
What is Conflict Coaching?
Conflict coaching is one-on-one guidance to help you prepare for, work through, or recover from difficult conversations.
It's not therapy. It's not mediation. It's skill-building—so you can walk into that room and handle it.
Drawing on decades as a critical care nurse and a Master's Degree in conflict management, I help people find their best way forward when emotions run high and communication has broken down.
You'll leave each session with clarity on what to say, how to say it, and how to stay grounded when things get hard. These are communication skills you keep—long after our work together ends.
Who Conflict Coaching Is For
Individuals work with Best Conflict Solutions when they're facing:
Workplace conflict with colleagues, managers, or direct reports
Communication breakdowns with leadership or teams
Performance or feedback conversations they've been avoiding
Ongoing tension or recurring conflict patterns
Family conflict around elder care, inheritance, estrangement, or co-parenting
Business partnerships navigating disagreement or transition
Healthcare conversations—advocating for yourself or a loved one
Relationships where boundaries have been hard to set or maintain
Recovering from a conversation that went badly and figuring out what's next
If the conversation matters—conflict coaching helps you handle it with intention rather than reaction.
Why Work With Me
I don't judge. I get that being human has it’s hard moments. And I know most of us haven’t learned the skills needed when we disagree. I know that relationships matter and we all want to be heard. I also know that we are all human. We all mess up.
I teach skills, not just strategies. I have deep and vast training, including an MA in Conflict Management and training from Harvard Law's Program on Negotiation. What I teach is evidence-based—communication and conflict skills that work under pressure, not advice that just sounds good.
I work myself out of a job. My goal is for you to handle the next difficult conversation without me. You'll leave better at this than when you started.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
The Conversation Intensive
For a specific conversation you're preparing for 90 minutes | $325
One conversation. Full preparation. You'll leave knowing what to say, how to handle the responses you're worried about, and how to stay steady if things get emotional.

The Conversation Breakthrough
For ongoing situations that need sustained attention One 2-hour deep dive + two 90-minute follow-ups + email support $1,100 (saves $175)
Some situations aren't one-conversation problems. This package gives you time to prepare, debrief, adjust your approach, and build skills that stick—whether it's a workplace dynamic that keeps going sideways or a family relationship where communication has been strained for years.
Best for: Recurring conflict, ongoing workplace dynamics, or long-standing family communication challenges.
Leadership Communication Coaching
For managers, executives, and HR professionals Custom engagements | Contact for pricing
Managers spend 20–40% of their time handling conflict—most without any training. I coach leaders to strengthen their communication skills for high-stakes moments: performance issues, team tension, feedback that actually lands. Not crisis intervention. Capability building.
Best for: Leaders who want to handle workplace conflict and difficult conversations skillfully instead of avoiding them or escalating them.
Organizations seeking team training, leadership development, or conflict management systems—contact me to discuss your needs.
